Pansy Show & Garden Open Day WITH Devonshire Tea

Join me in my cottage garden in Hunua on Sunday 19 October from 11am-4pm to celebrate spring and the popular comeback of pretty Victorian-era pansies. We're hosting the first (un)official New Zealand pansy show this century! See (and compete) in categories including longest stem, three of a kind, best pansy arrangement, decorated cake, arts and crafts... if you can use pansies in it, we're keen to see it. 

Wear your finest florals to win spot prizes! Plants, preserves, pottery and vintage goodies will be available for purchase. Eftpos available. 

Note: Sweetgum Cottage is at 2495 Hunua Road. It's on a blind corner so please slow down when you see the event signs and drive off the main road and down the driveway to park in the paddock. Please don't park on the road verge.
