Publishing a new book is like giving birth to a new baby (but without the stretch marks!). All that huffing and puffing (and pickle and preserve eating) is worth it when you finally hold it in your hands. Foggydale Farm Jam Sessions was a real labour of love. For 52 weeks of the year, I endeavoured to grow and preserve a different seasonal crop - from spring strawberries to autumn quinces.
